At Oakside Saddlery I make bespoke, handmade English bridle leather dog collars and leads. I use the finest English Bridle leather from JE Sedgwick and the best buckles and fittings from Abbey England. And all handmade in Great Britain.
Each collar and lead is made by hand. From the first cut - to the final polish. Stitching uses a hand waxed linen thread with two needles. This is a superior method of stitching and is much stronger than machine stitching, Each stitch passes completely through the leather before moving on to the next one.
